Real Work. Real Stakes.
Real Outcomes.
These are not case studies designed to impress. They are documented examples of what On-Site Solutions Partners was hired to do, what we found, and what happened as a result.
University of Nebraska — Full Season Operational Assessment
Nebraska's football program hosts 80,000 to 90,000 fans per game. At that scale, small operational gaps become large, visible problems fast. On-Site embedded with their operation for a full football season — present at every home game from setup through the day after.
Communications
Staff were relying on cell phones — nearly useless with 80,000+ fans on the network. We designed and deployed a two-way radio system with repeaters serving over 200 staff members.
Security
At game one we identified a critical gap in team walk security. Within 6 days we designed a solution, sourced and deployed over 2,000 linear feet of fencing — in place before the next home game.
Concessions
Food service had significant missed revenue opportunities. Our assessment identified specific changes to flow, staffing, and service directly impacting fan satisfaction and revenue per cap.
Middle Tennessee State University — Weather Emergency, Most Attended Game of the Season
A major weather system moved through during the highest-attended game of MTSU's season. When conditions deteriorated beyond the concourse, our team made the call to move all remaining fans into the basketball arena. With 15,000 people sheltering indoors and the game suspended in the first quarter, the challenge shifted from logistics to experience.
Our team immediately coordinated with the marching band, cheerleaders, and dance team to perform for the crowd. For three hours, fans were entertained and kept in good spirits. When the weather cleared, the game resumed. Most fans stayed. The game ended at 12:30am.
Power Four Stadium Renovation — 32-Month Temporary Kitchen Campus
A Power Four football program undertaking a major stadium renovation needed to maintain full-scale foodservice operations throughout a multi-year construction project — with no interruption to game day service or daily campus dining. On-Site Kitchen Solutions designed and deployed a complete temporary kitchen campus from the ground up, including full utility and infrastructure planning.
Beyond equipment deployment, On-Site provides on-site maintenance staff for all major events and an operations consultant to help culinary staff adapt to a distributed multi-unit environment. Cooking across multiple specialized trailers requires a fundamentally different workflow than a traditional commissary — we bridge that gap.
1 Kitchen Trailer
Primary cooking operations deployed and fully operational within the compound footprint.
1 Oven Trailer
Dedicated baking and oven operations separate from primary kitchen workflow.
1 Prep Trailer
Dedicated prep space coordinated with kitchen and oven trailer workflow.
1 Ware Wash Trailer
Full commercial warewashing capability maintaining health code compliance throughout.
8 Refrigeration Units
Full cold storage capacity supporting multi-day operations and game day volumes.
10 Storage Containers
Dry storage and supply management integrated into compound layout and logistics flow.
Power Four Season Opener — Major Power Failure, Night Before Kickoff
The night before a Power Four season opener, a major power failure threatened to cancel the next morning's game. Kickoff was at 11am. No vendors were open. No conventional solution was available in the time remaining.
David's team made calls in the middle of the night — to trusted partners built over 17 years of real relationships. Generators were sourced, dispatched, and on-site before sunrise. Temporary power was restored to the stadium. Kickoff happened on time.
This result was not possible because of a process. It was possible because of relationships built deliberately over nearly two decades — the kind that can only be earned, not purchased.
