On-Site Solutions Partners was built by David Sells with one long-term goal in mind — to create something worth passing down. Today, his wife Jessica runs the financial operations and his daughter Delaney drives marketing. This isn't a subsidiary of a national conglomerate or a private equity roll-up. When something goes wrong at 2am, you're talking to the people who own it. That's a level of accountability no corporate vendor can offer.

David L. Sells
David has spent nearly two decades working inside college athletic programs — not from a boardroom, but on the ground, where plans meet reality and the margin for error disappears at kickoff. His career began in state-level emergency management, where he developed the instincts that still define his work: anticipate failure before it happens, build relationships before you need them, and never mistake a plan on paper for a plan that works.
Over 17 years, David has worked with Power Four programs across the SEC, Big Ten, ACC, and Big 12. He founded On-Site Solutions Partners with one goal — to build something worth passing down to the next generation.
As co-owner of On-Site Solutions Partners, Jessica manages all accounts payable and receivable, bringing a background in county government finance that gives the business a level of compliance, accountability, and financial discipline most competitors can't match. She's also hands-on in the field, stepping in as on-site manager during major deployments to make sure operations run exactly the way they were planned.
Shane joins On-Site after more than a decade in senior healthcare leadership, including roles as a hospital director and regional and campus director overseeing multi-site facilities, large staffs, budgets, regulatory compliance, and around-the-clock operations. He holds a Master's in Marriage & Family Counseling from Trevecca Nazarene University and has served as an adjunct professor for nearly a decade. As Chief Operating Officer, Shane oversees company operations and advises client programs on athlete wellness and behavioral health — a fast-growing priority across college athletics.
Paul brings 22 years of senior leadership experience from Verizon Wireless — managing large teams, complex logistics, and high-stakes operational environments. As Jessica's uncle, he's part of the family fabric that makes On-Site different from every corporate competitor. As Director of Administration, he keeps the office, scheduling, and day-to-day business operations organized and accountable, so the field teams can focus on execution.
Jonathan is the person On-Site sends when something matters. As Field Supervisor, he oversees all employees and temporary staff in the field — ensuring every deployment, event, and project runs exactly the way it was planned. When a project requires a trusted set of eyes on the ground, Jonathan is the call.
Delaney coordinates marketing and social media for On-Site Solutions Partners. As David's daughter and the next generation of the family behind this business, she brings both fresh perspective and personal investment to building a brand that reflects what this company actually is — and where it's going.
