Clarity Before the Crisis. Every Time.
We Work On-Site
We don't evaluate your operation from a conference room. Our staff is present on the ground — on game days, during setup, and through the aftermath.
We Find What Others Miss
The gaps that hurt organizations most are rarely visible from the top. After 17 years on the ground, we know exactly where to look.
We Implement the Fix
Our other divisions — security, kitchens, event operations — mean we don't just identify problems. We can solve them directly with our own resources.
We See What Others Miss.
Full Operational Assessment
Our staff embeds with your operation across multiple events — evaluating communications, security, fan experience, concessions, and logistics from the inside. You receive a comprehensive written report with specific recommendations and direct implementation support from our divisions.
Single Event Evaluation
Our team attends a single event and evaluates a specific area of your operation — security, communications, fan experience, or overall game day flow. You receive a written report and a one-on-one debrief via Teams or in person, delivered promptly after the event.
Assessment. Report. Implementation.
On-Site Assessment
Our staff embeds with your operation — attending events, observing workflows, and evaluating facilities firsthand over a defined period.
Detailed Report
You receive a comprehensive written report covering every gap identified — with specific, actionable recommendations and a one-on-one debrief.
Implementation
Where our divisions can execute the fix, we stay engaged until the work is done. We don't hand you a report and disappear.
University of Nebraska — Full Season Operational Assessment
Nebraska's football program hosts 80,000 to 90,000 fans per game. At that scale, small operational gaps become large, visible problems fast. On-Site Advisory Group embedded with their operation for a full football season — present at every home game from setup through the day after — to evaluate facilities, communications, security, and fan experience from the inside.
Communications
Staff were relying on cell phones — nearly useless with 80,000+ fans on the network. We designed and deployed a two-way radio system with repeaters serving over 200 staff members.
Security
At game one we identified a critical gap in team walk security. Within 6 days we designed a solution, sourced and deployed over 2,000 linear feet of fencing — in place before the next home game.
Concessions
Food service had significant missed revenue opportunities. Our assessment identified specific changes to flow, staffing, and service directly impacting fan satisfaction and revenue per cap.
This relationship began at another Power Four institution before expanding to Nebraska — a testament to the trust that follows On-Site Solutions Partners from program to program.
