Game Day Operations
Full-scale game day management from setup to final whistle. Our team coordinates every moving part — home and visiting teams, game officials, conference representatives, facility staff, vendors, and fans — simultaneously. We've managed events with up to 80,000 attendees.
Fan Experience Evaluation
A deep assessment of your entire game day ecosystem — ticket sales, facility operations, concessions, in-game activations, and fan flow. We evaluate every touchpoint and deliver specific recommendations to improve both experience and revenue.
Facility Upgrade Consultation
Our team has direct experience managing operations through major renovations and understands how construction decisions impact fan experience, staff workflows, and game day logistics — before, during, and after the project.
Equipment Purchasing
We maintain active relationships with hundreds of trusted equipment vendors. Because we purchase for multiple clients regularly, we negotiate pricing individual buyers can't access on their own. Better equipment at better prices — without the vendor management headache.
Business Consultation
Strategic consultation for athletic departments and sports enterprises looking to grow revenue, improve operations, and build lasting fan loyalty. We bring an outside perspective grounded in 17 years of on-the-ground experience — not theory.
Middle Tennessee State University — Weather Emergency, Most Attended Game of the Season
A major weather system moved through during the highest-attended game of MTSU's season. What followed tested every element of game day operations — crowd management, emergency response, fan experience, and real-time decision making under pressure.
When conditions deteriorated beyond the concourse, our team made the call to move all remaining fans into the basketball arena for their safety. With 15,000 people now sheltering indoors and the game suspended in the first quarter, the challenge shifted from logistics to experience — keeping thousands of fans engaged, calm, and willing to stay.
Our team immediately coordinated with the marching band, cheerleaders, and dance team to move onto the court and perform for the crowd. For three hours, fans were entertained, informed, and kept in good spirits. When the weather cleared, the game resumed. Most fans stayed. The game ended at 12:30am.
